Inquiry privacy.
The booking form collects your name, email, phone number, event type, date, local start time, estimated duration, venue or city, estimated guest count, and event details.
How your inquiry is used
Your details are saved for DJMALCOLMXTC’s authorized booking administrators and sent to DJMALCOLMXTC’s booking email so your event request can be reviewed and answered. Your email address is included as the reply address. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking or reserve a date. Your submission receipt appears on screen; it is not an automatic booking confirmation.
Who can view it
Booking records and private notes are available only to authorized booking administrators through a sign-in-protected inbox. They are not shown on the public website. The site runs on ChatGPT Sites hosting and uses its storage and authentication services. Inquiry details are also processed by FormSubmit to deliver the email to the owner’s Gmail inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Private owner notes are not included in notification emails.
Keeping the form available
The form uses an invisible spam field and temporary submission limits. For rate limiting, it stores hourly hashes of the submitted email and, when available, the connection’s IP address. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the application. Expired counters are removed when later inquiries are processed. If email delivery is delayed, saved inquiries remain available in the private booking inbox.
Updating your inquiry
To request a correction or removal, use the inquiry form with the same email address and include your inquiry reference and request in the event details. A booking administrator will need to review and verify the request.
